I grew up in Cape Town, in a restaurant family, forcing my way to the kitchen as soon as my mom would allow. I've worked in hospitality since I was sixteen, making my way to culinary school in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and finally spending the last few years as a chef in Long Island, New York.
I want to share my travels and forward thinking service to make you feel included in every decision of your catering. Food is impressive and exciting and it's meant to make you feel something. I know this will be a fantastic experience and I hope to enjoy many meals with you.
